External Initiatives

Since December 2021, Anima has joined the United Nations Global Compact, the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world which aims to mobilize a global movement of companies and stakeholders through the promotion of Ten Principles on human and workers' rights, the protection of the environment and the fight against corruption and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

 
 

In November 2021 Anima became a supporter of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), an initiative set up in 2015 by the Financial Stability Board (FSB) with the aim of developing voluntary recommendations for reporting on climate-related risks and opportunities, published in 2017.

 
 

Since September 2018, Anima is a signatory of the United Nations Responsible Investment Principles (PRI), an initiative created to support investors in the implementation of six principles of responsible investment. For further details, please refer to the "Responsible Investment" section.

 
 

Since February 2023, Anima is an ordinary member of the Forum per la Finanza Sostenibile (Italian Sustainable Investment Forum), a non-profit association that promotes the knowledge and practice of sustainable and responsible investment in Italy, with the aim of encouraging the inclusion of environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria in financial products and processes.



Since February 2023, Anima is a member of the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change the European membership body for investor collaboration on climate change. Their mission is to support and enable the investment community in driving significant and real progress by 2030 towards a net zero and resilient future.
