Protection Against Investment Fraud

Investment scammers may illicitly use the names and logos of Anima Group companies (Anima Holding, Anima Sgr, Anima Alternative Sgr, Kairos Partners Sgr, Castello Sgr, Vita S.r.l.), along with corporate content such as executive interviews, market insight videos, and blog posts, to promote fraudulent investments promising unrealistic returns.

These incidents can occur on social networks, through messaging systems such as WhatsApp or SMS, via email, or other online and offline channels and tools.

One should be wary of anyone promising easy, guaranteed, and/or quick profits, or anyone requesting online payments outside of official financial intermediation channels, such as banks and financial advisory networks.

Anima Group’s Commitment to Combating Fraud

Anima Group employs tools to monitor any illicit use of its name and logo, taking action to remove misleading information as quickly as possible and reporting such incidents to the competent Authorities.
