Remuneration Policy
The Remuneration Policy has been designed, also in accordance with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code, with the aim of pursuing the following objectives:
attracting, withholding and motivating people with individual and professional skills required for the achievement of the company’s objectives
promoting the creation of value for shareholders in the medium-long term
matching the interests of the Company and its management with Shareholders’ ones in the medium-long term.

Remuneration plan based on financial instruments
On 31 March 2021, the Shareholders' Meeting approved the medium-long term incentive plan called “Piano Long Term Incentive 2021-2023”. The Plan is one of the measures used to supplement the remuneration package of the Anima Group's strategic resources with deferred compensation over an appropriate timeframe and with variable elements linked to the achievement of performance targets, with a view to creating value for shareholders over the medium-long term.
The Plan is aimed at
  • maintaining the focus on the achievement of the Anima Group's medium/long-term strategic objectives 
  • strengthen, over the long term, the alignment between the interests of the beneficiaries and those of the shareholders and stakeholders of the Anima Group; 
  • support value creation and corporate social responsibility in the long term; and 
  • foster the attraction and retention of ‘key resources’ for the achievement of the strategic directions of the Anima Group.
The following information document has been prepared in accordance with Article 114-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance, Article 84-bis of the Regolamento Emittenti, as well as on the basis of Schedule 7 of Annex 3A of the Regolamento Emittenti, in order to provide Shareholders with the necessary information on the medium-long term incentive plan called “Piano Long Term Incentive 2021-2023”.

On 28 March 2024, the Shareholders' Meeting approved the medium-long term incentive plan called “Piano Long Term Incentive 2024-2026”. The Plan is one of the measures used to supplement the remuneration package of the Anima Group's strategic resources with deferred compensation over an appropriate timeframe and with variable elements linked to the achievement of performance targets, with a view to creating value for shareholders over the medium-long term.
The Plan is aimed at
  • maintaining the focus on the achievement of the Anima Group's medium/long-term strategic objectives 
  • strengthen, over the long term, the alignment between the interests of the beneficiaries and those of the shareholders and stakeholders of the Anima Group;
